If you head over to Mohanpur Mohammadpur in Roorkee, you’ll find us at House Number 640. Reltino Solutions has been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a regular house in a quiet neighborhood, which is nice because it stays calm during the day. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. We sit around in what used to be a living room and get through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the local dogs bark a lot outside, or there's a wedding nearby with loud music, but that’s just life in Haridwar. We handle solutions for various things, mostly involving computers and data management. It’s practical work. No one here wears a uniform or follows a strict corporate manual. We just have a routine that works for us. The office gets a bit hot in the summer months despite the fans, but we manage. We usually share a big pot of tea in the afternoon and talk about nothing in particular. It’s an honest way to work, and we like being part of the local community here. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget, we just do what we do. We mostly rely on word of mouth from people around here. It is just a small house where we get some technical work done every day.
