Our office is located at Plot No. 30 in Phase - 3 of the Sidcul Iie area. If you know the industrial estate, you know it is a busy place with lots of trucks and people moving around constantly. Kalakriti Infotech has been tucked away here for a good bit of time now. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we sit and handle our computer work and software tasks. The walls are a plain off-white color and the chairs are just standard office ones that get the job done. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and looking at code or project files that clients sent over. The noise from the nearby factories is always there in the background but we have gotten used to it over the years. Some days are faster than others depending on what projects are finishing up. We usually take our lunch breaks together and talk about normal stuff, not just work. Being in Sidcul means we are surrounded by other businesses doing all sorts of things, from making parts to processing food. It feels right to be in a place where people are actually making things. We don't really bother with big meetings or fancy presentations. We just get the requirements and start working on the screens until the sun goes down. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy without needing any of that polished corporate talk.
