We are over in Kankhal at Parshoppam Vihar, which is quite close to the Rajput Dharmshala. It's a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without any trouble. Our building is a simple one, and we use the ground floor for most of the trading activity. We have stacks of crates and boxes nearly everywhere you look. It's a bit of a maze sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. The air is always a bit cooler inside because of the high ceilings. We spend a lot of our time checking the inventory and writing out bills for the customers. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about what we are doing. Sometimes the street gets crowded with people heading to the Dharmshala, but it brings a lot of life to the area. We have a small table in the corner where we sit down to eat our lunch. The work isn't very glamorous, but it is steady. We deal with all sorts of items, and every day brings something a little different. We don't use fancy apps to manage the business; we just use a ledger and some common sense. It’s been working for us for years, so we don’t see a reason to change. If someone comes in with a question, we just answer it honestly. That's just how we do things here in Kankhal.
