We've been here at Plot No.-3 in Sector -3, Sidcul for a while now. Most people around here know us as Cello Plastics Products Pvt. Ltd. It's just a regular plastic factory, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. The day usually starts pretty early for us. We have a lot of machines running and people moving around the floor. Being in Sidcul means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial spots, so there is always some noise and activity. Sometimes the main road gets really crowded with transport trucks, but we've learned to manage. We just focus on getting the plastic products made correctly and on time. There isn't much to our office, just some old desks and a lot of product samples lying around on the shelves. We spend most of our time on the factory floor checking how things are coming out of the molds. If you happen to walk by our main gate in Sector -3, you will see the trucks loading up most mornings before the sun gets too high. It is a lot of hard work and the hours can be long. The weather gets quite hot in the summer inside the big shed, but that is just part of the job we do. We have a small team here, mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We don't really do big meetings or speeches; we just get to the machines and start the shift. It's a steady, simple life here at Cello Plastics.
