We’ve been over here at F-81 in the Bahadarabad industrial area for a good while now. The workshop stays pretty loud most days because of the machines and the guys working on different metal pieces. It’s a typical setup for a fabrication place where there’s always grease on someone's hands and a lot of scrap metal piled in the corner. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Most of the time is spent out on the floor making sure the welds are right and the cuts match the drawings we were given. It gets hot in the summer, especially when the welding torches are going all day long, but we just keep at it. People from around the industrial area know us by now. We handle a lot of different jobs, some big and some just small fixes for local machines. There isn't a lot of talking during the shift, mostly just the sound of grinders and hammers. When things get busy, the floor gets a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually making things. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the mornings start early. It's just a regular fabrication shop trying to get the orders out on time without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the work we do stays mostly the same.
