Working out of New Ram Nagar in Haridwar is quite a change for anyone used to the big industrial hubs. We are located near Gurukul Kangari, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. This office for Bhushan Steel Ltd is where we manage our local operations in Uttaranchal. It’s a bit more peaceful than the big cities, though the steel business itself is never truly quiet. We deal with a lot of deliveries and local vendors. The office is a simple place, nothing fancy at all. We have the usual stuff, desks that have seen better days and a lot of paper everywhere. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up.
