Srinivas Kiranam

If you walk down Kishanpura Road in Hanamkonda, you’ll find us at 1-13-19. Srinivas Kiranam has been a staple in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a typical local shop. We have bags of grains, jars of sweets, and all the little things a household needs. The floor is a bit worn down from all the feet coming in and out every day. We don't have any fancy displays or bright neon lights. It’s just shelves stacked high with goods. Mornings are usually the busiest when everyone is getting things for breakfast or their daily cooking. We know most of our customers by name. We hear about their kids, their jobs, and their troubles. It’s more than just selling things; it’s about being part of the street. Sometimes we run out of something and have to tell a regular to come back tomorrow. They don't mind much. We try hard to keep everything stocked, but space is tight in this old building. The dust from the road comes in, so we’re always wiping down the counters. It’s just how it is. We aren't some big supermarket chain. We’re just a family-run kiranam trying to make a living and serve the folks in Hanamkonda. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't really think about much else than getting through the day's list and closing up the shutters.
