Our site is located at No. 66/01 in Ranchod Nagar, Halol. We are very close to the Garbha Ground. During the festival season, the whole area gets very busy and loud. We have been in Halol for quite some time now. It’s an industrial town so there are factories everywhere you look. Ours is a pharmaceutical plant. It’s a big building but very plain. We have a lot of people working here in different sections. Some handle the machines and others look after the packing. We have a gate where the trucks come in to load the boxes. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place of work. The weather in Halol can be very hot in the summer months. We just keep the fans going and get on with the shifts. Most of our staff lives close by so they walk or ride their bikes. We’ve seen the town grow a lot since we first opened this unit. There are more shops and houses now. We just stay focused on our production schedules. It is a repetitive job but we are used to the routine. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just make the products and ship them out. It's a long day usually but we get things done.
