We are located out on the Halol Champaner Road, specifically in the Chandrapura area near the post office. This part of Panchamahal is a bit quieter than the main city, but it works well for us. Our building is a practical space where we handle the various operations of the group. We have a lot of different things going on at once, from administrative tasks to managing the actual production side of things. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area has its own pace. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and hold our meetings. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the nearby factories and coordinating with the main office. There is a lot of history in this area with Champaner being so close, but we are mostly focused on the day-to-day work. We deal with a lot of logistics and making sure the different parts of the company are actually talking to each other. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are delays with the mail or the internet, but we find ways to get around it. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so everyone knows their role and what needs to be done. We just come in every morning, have our tea, and get to work on whatever is on the desk that day. It's a simple way of running things but it works for us.
