Dholai Agro Producer Company Limited is over in Dholaimolai Pt 1, which is part of the Katlicherra area. Mustak Ahmed Laskar helps run the show from his place. It’s a rural spot, very much centered around the village and the fields. We don't have many employees, just a bunch of local guys and girls who know how to farm. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, not in an office. When we do go inside, it’s usually to sort out the accounts or talk about the next planting cycle. We don’t use any big words or marketing fluff here. We just talk about the things that matter, like the price of rice or the quality of the soil this year. Katlicherra is a nice place, but farming here requires a lot of patience. We started this producer company to give ourselves a bit more of a voice in the local market. It’s been a learning process for all of us. Some days are good, and some days we wonder why we do it. But at the end of the day, it’s about the community here in Dholai. We look out for one another. Our office is just a regular house, really. You won't see any big signs or logos. We're just here, doing the work that needs to be done, season after season. It's a simple existence, and we are quite content with the way things are going.
