You have to go down Hanuman Mandir Wali Gali in Girwai to find us. It’s a narrow lane and we are situated quite close to the Gol Pahadiya landmark. If you are coming for the first time, the temple is the best way to know you are in the right spot. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we handle all our food product work. The street outside is always a bit busy with people going to the mandir or just walking through the neighborhood. Inside, we have our equipment and the areas where we do the prepping and the packing. It gets a bit loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. We’ve had some issues with the electricity lately, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage to get things done eventually. The floor is concrete and stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We mostly just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure nothing gets left behind. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and moving crates around. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk during the lunch breaks. We don't really have a front desk or a waiting room, just the workspace and the storage area. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here.
