Our shop is right in Abhinandan Market, specifically in the Kamal Ka Kuwa area of Bhopal Ganj. Being so close to the railway station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. We have been at Spice World for a good number of years. It’s a small space, packed with bags and containers. It smells like spices the moment you walk through the door, which I guess is expected. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. We just open up early in the morning and stay until late evening. My cousin helps me out behind the counter most days. We get a lot of travelers who are just passing through the station and need to grab something quickly. Sometimes the market gets really crowded, especially on weekends, and it’s hard to even move around the shop. We do our own packing and weighing right here. It's not always perfect, and sometimes the labels are a bit crooked, but the spices are what they are. We don't use any big machines, just the usual stuff you'd find in a local market shop. People know us by name around here. We try to keep the floors swept, but with all the foot traffic from the station, it’s a constant job. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit and makes a clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years.
