Shri Ram Milk Food & Dairy Industries is located in Dal Bazar Lashkar, which is a very busy part of Gwalior. We are right in the middle of the local market where everything from groceries to household items is sold. Our work is all about dairy products, so we are constantly dealing with milk, ghee, and other food items. The area is quite congested, with narrow roads and a lot of people shopping throughout the day. Our facility is more of a functional space for processing and storage rather than a polished office. You can usually hear the hum of machinery and the sound of cans being moved around the floor. We don't have any marketing experts or a dedicated sales team; we just sell what we make to the local shops and wholesalers who come to us. The people who work here are mostly locals who have been with us for years and know the business inside out. It’s a very straightforward operation. We wake up early to handle the morning milk supply and keep going until the evening deliveries are sorted and sent out. The building itself is quite old and has that classic market feel. We don't use fancy packaging or spend money on ads; we just focus on making sure the dairy products are fresh and reach the customers in the bazaar without any delay. It’s a humble way to earn a living but it keeps us very busy.
