Our place is over at 5 Morar Enclave, right near Gole Ka Mandir. Most people in the area know the spot. We’ve been working with milk products for a good long time now. It’s a busy environment, especially in the mornings when everything starts moving. We handle a lot of processing here. It isn't always quiet; there is always a machine running or a truck backing in. The staff here has been with us for years, they know the routine inside out. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with local vendors. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure the packing is right. Sometimes we run into issues with the machines, but we fix them and keep going. Gole Ka Mandir is a landmark everyone knows, so finding us isn't hard. The building is just a regular office and plant setup. Nothing flashy. We just focus on getting the milk processed and sent out. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the schedule. We try to keep things simple and honest. That’s how we’ve always operated here at Sm Milkose. It’s just daily life for us, nothing more, nothing less. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation; we just want to do this job well every single morning for our neighbors and the clients who depend on us for their daily needs.
