Rahul Enterprises

Our business, Rahul Enterprises, is located in Word No 23. We’re served by the Barotha post office. It’s a bit of a small area, so everyone usually knows everyone else's business. We’ve set up our workspace here because it’s where we grew up. The district office is quite a drive away, so we mostly handle things locally. It’s a modest setup. We don’t have fancy furniture or air conditioning. Most of the time, the windows are just left open to catch the breeze. We do a bit of everything here, depending on what's needed that week. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like they're our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the mail takes a day or two longer to reach us since we’re in Word No 23, but we’re used to it. We keep our paperwork in simple folders and try to stay on top of things. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just want to work and make a living in our own community. The walk to the post office in Barotha is one of the ways we get our exercise. It’s a quiet life, and the business reflects that. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our physical location where people can drop in if they have something to discuss. It’s just us, Rahul Enterprises, doing what we can.
