Over in Sikandar Kampoo, Girraj Cement Agency is a familiar spot for anyone living in Sainik Colony or Anupam Nagar. We are located right near Miss Hills School, which means we see a lot of parents and kids passing by every morning. Our days are filled with the sound of cement bags being thudded down onto the floor or loaded into the back of a small van. It’s a heavy job and it definitely wears you out by the time evening rolls around. We’ve been here in this part of town for a while now. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building filled with stacks of cement. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one or two of us here to help customers when they pull up. We know most of the local contractors by name and they know they can just drop in. The area around Anupam Nagar is growing, so there’s always someone building a wall or fixing a roof. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what’s right in front of us. It gets a bit hectic when a big delivery arrives and we have to clear space, but we manage. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We sell cement to people who need it, and we do it right here in the neighborhood where we live too.
