Mentor Academy

Mentor Academy is over at Kuber Apartment in the Thatipur area of Gwalior. Being in an apartment building makes the environment feel a bit different from a shop on the main road. It’s a bit quieter, which is nice for when the students are trying to concentrate on their lessons. We have a few rooms converted into study spaces with basic furniture. It’s not a huge place, so it feels quite personal and local. Thatipur is a good neighborhood, and we are lucky to be tucked away in Kuber Apartment where it’s not too hectic. Most of our students come from the nearby blocks and walk over for their sessions. We spend our time going through the school books and making sure everyone understands the basics. There are always stacks of paper and used pens around the place. We don't have a big staff; it’s just a few of us making sure the classes run on time. We try to keep things organized, but with so many students and books, it can look a bit cluttered sometimes. That’s just the way it is when you’re busy every day. We usually finish up in the evening when the street lights come on in Thatipur. It’s a simple, honest way to run a tutoring center. We’ve been in the 474011 area long enough that we feel like part of the furniture here, just helping out the local kids with their studies.
