Disha Competitive Computer Institute

We spend most of our time here at Disha Competitive Computer Institute right by the Gola Ka Mandir Chauraha. It is a busy spot and the noise from the traffic outside never really stops during the day. You can hear the horns and the motorcycles constantly while we are inside working. We have all the computers set up in rows and the room stays fairly cool because we keep the shades drawn against the afternoon sun. The floor is just plain tile and we sweep it every morning before the first people arrive. Sometimes the power flickers and we have to wait a minute for everything to boot back up again. It is not a fancy office by any means. We have old wooden desks and some of the chairs squeak when you sit down. We usually keep a water cooler in the corner that rattles a bit. The sign outside has seen better days and the paint is peeling from the heat. People often stop in just to ask for directions because of where we are located at the crossing. We just go about our business and keep the place running as best as we can. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there but we try to keep the screens clean. It is just a regular local place where work happens every day without much fuss or drama. We close up when it gets dark and the chauraha lights come on.
