Big Boss Man

Big Boss Man is tucked away in Thatipur, right near the masjid and across from the petrol pump in Gwalior. It is a place for men to get their hair done without any fuss. The name sounds big, but the shop is actually quite modest. We have been in this spot for some time now, and most of the guys from the nearby streets come here. Inside, you will find the usual barber chairs and some old pictures on the walls. We do hair cuts, beard trims, and the occasional face scrub. It is not a fancy place with music or anything, just the sound of scissors and the local news on a small TV in the corner. Being near the petrol pump means there is always a lot of movement around us. People often drop their bikes for fuel and come in for a quick shave while they wait. The lighting is okay, and we keep the floors swept as much as possible between customers. It’s a straightforward shop. We don’t take appointments or anything like that; you just walk in and wait your turn. Sometimes the wait is long on Sundays because everyone is off work. We just focus on giving a decent haircut and making sure the customers leave looking better than when they walked in. It is a regular part of life here in Gwalior and we just keep it simple.
