Mathematics Concepts is located in Ganesh Plaza, which you can find near Gola Ka Mandir in the Morar area of Gwalior. Morar has its own unique feel, and Ganesh Plaza is a familiar building for many people living around here. Our setup is dedicated mostly to math, which means the boards are usually covered in numbers and equations from morning until night. The room is filled with simple chairs and long desks where the students can spread out their graph paper and calculators. It’s a very straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy software or big screens; we just use markers and a lot of patience. Sometimes the noise from the street downstairs drifts up, but we’re used to it by now. The 474006 area is quite busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We have a small corner where we keep all the extra textbooks and rulers for anyone who forgot theirs. Most of the kids who come here are just trying to get through their exams without too much stress. We sit with them and go over the problems one by one until they get the hang of it. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing things. We open up the shop early, get the tea ready, and wait for the first group to arrive. It’s been our daily life for quite a while now in Morar.
