We are located at number 272 in South Milloniganj, which is right near the Chota Fawara. This area has a lot of history and it’s always buzzing with activity. Our mill is a straightforward place where we process various types of dal. It’s not a modern, quiet office; it’s a working mill with heavy machines and a lot of movement. We spend our days hauling bags, checking the quality of the split pulses, and making sure the machinery is greased and running well. The air always has that faint smell of earthy grains. We are right in the middle of a busy patch of town, so there are always people and carts moving past our door. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most people know us because we’ve been in South Milloniganj for a long time. The space is mostly taken up by the processing equipment and the storage area for the raw and finished goods. We have a small crew and we all know our jobs. Sometimes it’s hot and the work is tiring, but we just keep at it. When the local traders come by to pick up their orders, we help them load up their vehicles. It’s the same routine every week, from Monday morning until we shut down for the weekend. We just focus on the work at hand and keeping the mill going. It isn't complex, just the daily grinding and bagging of pulses for the community around us. We like the work.
