Lavi Events

Our place is Lavi Events, at 143/93 City Center in Thatipur, Gwalior. If you know where the Central Park Hotel is, we are right behind it. It is a pretty convenient spot for us to work from. We handle all sorts of events, mostly things happening right here around Gwalior. It involves a lot of logistics and making sure things arrive on time, which can be a bit of a headache with the traffic sometimes. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a few years now. The office at City Center is where we do all the thinking, planning, and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with equipment or decor samples, but we manage to find what we need. People come to us when they have a function and don't want to handle all the small details themselves. We just listen to what they want and try to set it up the best we can. It isn't always perfect, but we work hard to make sure things go as planned on the day. Gwalior is a place where weddings and parties are a big deal, so we stay pretty active most of the year. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just show up and do the work we were hired for. Being near the hotel helps because people can find us without much trouble.
