Avanti Events Organiser

Avanti Events Organiser is located in Falka Bazaar, Gwalior. Our office is on the 3rd floor, right above Nagaji General Store. We are in the Shinde Ki Chhawani area, very close to the Kajal Cinema Hall. It’s a busy part of town and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. We spend our days here organizing various events. The office is a practical space, not a fancy one. We have what we need to work and that’s about it. People usually find us by looking for the general store or the cinema hall nearby. We don’t really do promotional speeches or use corporate language. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which many of them are. Gwalior is a place where word of mouth matters more than a shiny website anyway. Most of our time is taken up with coordinating different parts of a project, whether it’s finding a venue or sorting out the lighting. It can be a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us, but it keeps us active. We aren't trying to be some massive agency. We just like to focus on the local events and make sure everything is in its place. We’ve been in this building for a while and we like the rhythm of the bazaar around us. It’s a good, honest way to make a living. Every day is different and we just take it as it comes.
