Kushwah J S Tutorials is at 104, M L B Colony in Gwalior. The pincode is 474001 and we are in the Padav area. This part of town is usually quite busy, but M L B Colony is a bit more settled. Our office is just a regular unit in the colony. We have a small sign out front so people can find us. It’s not a large institute. We have about three rooms where the teaching happens. The furniture is just standard stuff we’ve picked up over the years. Some of the chairs are a bit squeaky, but they serve their purpose. We don't have a marketing department or any of those things. Most of the time, we’re just busy grading papers or explaining a concept to a small group of students. The lunch break is usually just a quick snack from one of the local shops in Padav. We’ve lived and worked in Gwalior for most of our lives, so we know the local schools and what the kids are studying. We don’t use any complicated systems. It’s just books, pens, and a lot of talking. Every now and then, the neighbor's dog starts barking during a lesson, which gives everyone a little laugh. It’s a very human environment. We aren't trying to be anything other than a simple tutorial center for the neighborhood. It keeps us busy and we like the routine.
