Our workshop is located in Farsh Wali Gali, which is a narrow little street in the Madhoganj area of Gwalior. It’s part of Kampoo Utar Khana. If you try to bring a big truck here, you’ll get stuck, so we rely on small rickshaws to move our food products. The walls of our building are old and thick, which helps a bit with the heat, but when the machines are running, it gets very loud inside. We make various food items here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working with our hands and a few old machines. Every morning, the smell of roasted grains fills the alley. The neighbors sometimes pop their heads in to see what we are making. We spend a lot of time weighing things on a small digital scale and then sealing the packets. Sometimes the sealer breaks and we have to fix it with some wire and patience. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for what we need. We have a small corner with a table where we keep the bills. The light in the alley is quite dim even during the day, so we have a few bright bulbs hanging from the ceiling. We are just a local business trying to make things that people want to eat. We don’t have a website or anything. If you want to find us, you just have to ask anyone in Madhoganj for the food place.
