Our shop is located in Block-B of Narayan Vihar Colony, over by Gola Ka Mandir. We are quite close to Lakshmi Bal Vidalya, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing during their breaks. It’s a nice, mostly residential area, so it’s not as frantic as the main market. We’ve set up our workspace here to be close to where people live. It’s a basic room with our printers and laminating machines. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with scraps of plastic and lanyards, but we clean up every evening. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Gwalior is our home, and we like being part of this neighborhood. People often drop by because they saw our small sign while walking to the temple. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is free just talks to whoever walks in. The walls are decorated with a few samples we’ve done over the years. It feels like a workshop more than an office. We have our tea together in the afternoon. It’s a steady routine. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things organized in our own way. It's nothing fancy, just a local spot that's been around for a bit. We're usually here from morning till dusk, just working through the orders.
