Deeksha Enterprises

You can find Deeksha Enterprises on the first floor of Rajiv Plaza in Jayendraganj. It is a well-known building in this part of town, so we get a fair amount of foot traffic. We have Plot No-11, which is just big enough for our team and the equipment we use. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. The plaza is always buzzing with other businesses, which makes for an interesting workday. We are just local people trying to run a decent enterprise. We do not have any big corporate policies or scripts that we follow. When someone comes in, they just talk to one of us directly. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. The office has posters on the walls and piles of papers, like any real workplace. It is not perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We like being in Gwalior and especially in this area because everything is close by. We do not do much advertising at all. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through friends or other shop owners in the plaza. It is a simple, honest way to earn a living. We just show up, do the work, and head home when it is dark. There are no fancy meetings or mission statements here. We just try to stay busy and make sure our customers are satisfied with what we do for them. Usually, we are around until late in the evening finishing up the last few bits of paperwork.
