Badona Agritech Private Limited is located at 10, Goverdhan Colony, which is just off Bhind Road in Gwalior. If you know the area, you know that Bhind Road can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, but our colony is a little quieter. We are in the Randheer Colony area, and it’s where we handle the tech side of farming. Gwalior is a place of extremes, with winters that freeze you and summers that make you want to stay inside all day. We work on tools and ideas that help farmers deal with those kinds of problems. Our office is a simple residential building that we converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a business, which suits us just fine. We have a few computers and some pieces of equipment we are always tinkering with. Most of the people working here grew up around Gwalior and know how tough the land can be. We don't have any big slogans or missions; we just want to find ways to make the daily grind of farming a bit easier for the people who live out past the city limits. Sometimes neighbors stop by for tea and we talk about the local news while we work. It’s a slow and steady process, and we aren’t in any rush to look like a big corporate outfit.
