Scoopy Smile Ice-Cream & Pizza Shop

You can find us at No-57 in the Kedia Complex, which is right near the Civil Line area. We’re sitting right beside Bora Medicals. If you’re picking up medicine, you’ll probably see our sign. We do a mix of things here, mostly ice cream and pizza. This keeps us pretty busy in the evenings. The shop isn't very large. It can get a bit cramped when the pizza oven is going and people are waiting for their cones. We didn't hire an architect or anyone to design the place. We just put in what we needed and started working. Sometimes the delivery bikes for the medical shop next door take up all the space out front. We make it work. It’s a local kind of place where the staff is just a couple of us trying to keep up with the orders. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the crust isn't burnt and the ice cream is still solid when it gets to you. The Kedia Complex has been our home for a while. We’re used to the flow of people in Civil Line. It’s a lot of manual work, especially on the weekends. We’re used to the hustle by now. It’s a simple business and we try to keep it that way for everyone who stops in for a quick bite or something cold.
