Our business, Pasupati Creameries Pvt. Ltd., is at 1, Vanijyakendra on T. R. P. Road, right in the middle of Fancy Bazar. If you have ever been to Fancy Bazar, you know how hectic it can get. It is one of the busiest markets around, with people buying and selling everything you can imagine. It is always loud and there is always a crowd. We like being right in the thick of it. Our spot in Vanijyakendra is where we do all our creamery work. It is not a very large place, so we have to stay organized to make everything fit. The work involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving dairy containers around. We don't have a corporate office with fancy furniture. We just have basic chairs and desks that are usually covered with delivery notes and receipts. Our days start early and go until the market starts to close up. We know the other people working on T. R. P. Road and we often help each other out with small things. We don't use big management words or have long talks about the future of the industry. We just focus on getting our products ready for the customers who come by. Sometimes the rain makes the street out front a bit of a mess, but we just put on our boots and keep working. It is just the way things are in Fancy Bazar. We stay busy and we like the routine.
