We have our office for Wounderful Developers Pvt.Ltd. over at 1069 B/5 in Patel Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s a local spot, not one of those big glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. We’ve been based in Haryana for a while now. Dealing with property and development means we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and files because there's always a project going on. Patel Nagar is a decent place to work out of; it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't a massive corporation, just a group of people trying to build things that last. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or materials not showing up, and that’s just part of the reality of this business. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It's hard work and involves a lot of phone calls and site visits. People stop by the office to ask about plots or how their house is coming along. We try to give them straight answers. Being in Gurgaon, the market is always moving, but we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything to keep things on track every day for the company.
