Beta Softech Private Limited is over on Sohna Road inside the Park View City 2 complex. We are in unit D 401 which is right near the Vatika Business Park. It is a very different vibe compared to the industrial areas because it is all glass buildings and office workers. Our day usually starts with everyone getting their coffee and sitting down at their computers. We do software work so most of what we do isn't something you can touch. The office is quiet except for the sound of typing and the occasional meeting in the corner. Being on Sohna Road means we have to deal with a lot of traffic during the rush hour which is always a topic of conversation in the morning. We have a small balcony where you can see the cars moving down below. It is a modern space but we keep it pretty simple inside with just our desks and some whiteboards for sketching out ideas. We don't go in for all the fancy startup perks you hear about. We just focus on fixing bugs and writing code that actually works for our clients. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the finish line but we usually try to head out on time to beat the worst of the Gurgaon traffic. It is just a group of people who are good with computers working together in a nice office.
