Welco Pvt Ltd is situated at Udyog Vihar Phase I, number 126. This area is always buzzing with activity, trucks moving in and out, and people rushing around. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing really stands out from the outside. Inside, it’s a mix of an office and a small storage area. We handle various industrial supplies and sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paperwork and invoices. The air conditioner in the main room makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We start our day early, usually before the traffic gets too bad on the highway. There’s a small group of us here, and we mostly just focus on getting the shipments out on time. It can be a bit stressful when a client is waiting, but we usually manage to get it sorted. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just have a calendar with some dates circled and a lot of coffee mugs sitting around. Lunch is usually something we grab from the stall down the street and eat quickly at our desks. It’s a lot of routine work, but it pays the bills and keeps us out of trouble. We’ve been at 126 for a while now and know most of the security guards in the area. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years.
