We are located in the DLF Forum Building, which is right in the heart of Cyber City, Phase 3, Gurgaon. Even though Cyber City is known for being very corporate and polished, our actual office feels a bit more grounded. We are in the thick of it, surrounded by massive glass towers and thousands of people rushing around every morning. The commute to the DLF Forum can be a real headache with the traffic, but being in this location means we are close to everything. Inside our space, it’s a bit more relaxed than the buildings outside might suggest. We have our workstations set up for ITES work and there is usually a lot of chatter going on as we coordinate on different tasks. We don't have a dedicated decorator or anything, so the office looks like a place where people actually work. There are stacks of papers and empty tea cups here and there. We spend a lot of time on calls or managing data systems. It’s a fast-paced environment because of where we are, but we try to keep our heads down and just do the work. Lunchtime is always a bit of a scramble because everyone in Cyber City goes out at the same time. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change, but we just keep focusing on our daily operations and keeping things running. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going.
