Vinar Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based out of a place called Karola. We are in the Gurgaon district of Haryana. The address is simply V+P=Karola. It is a bit far from the big malls and glass skyscrapers that people usually think of when they hear the name Gurgaon. Karola is much more quiet and feels a bit like the countryside still. We have a decent-sized workspace here where we handle all our systems work. It is more of a practical workshop than an office. We have a lot of tools and parts scattered around the benches. The team here consists of local people who know their way around machinery. We have been in Karola for many years now. The roads to get here are not always the best, especially when the rains come, but we manage. We don't have any fancy slogans or corporate values posted on the walls. We just show up and finish the work that needs to be done. We have a small area outside where we sometimes sit during our breaks to get some sun. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us.
