Vibra Softech Llp is based at G 16 on the first floor in Palam Vihar. It’s a pretty easy location to find once you are in the G block area. Being on the first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for any elevators. Our office is just a regular room that we’ve filled with desks and computers. We aren't a big, flashy company. We’re just a small group of people who handle software projects. Palam Vihar is a nice enough area to work in. It’s not as chaotic as some of the other parts of Gurgaon. We spend most of our time just doing the work and talking to each other across the room. We don't have any formal meetings or big corporate structures. It’s a very informal environment where we just focus on getting things done. Sometimes we have some music playing in the background, but mostly it’s just the sound of people working. We have a small area where we make tea and keep some biscuits for the afternoon. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our daily jobs. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't use any marketing slogans or try to sound like a giant firm. We’re just local people running a small software business from the first floor. It’s an honest, simple way to work, and it suits us just fine here at G 16.
