We are over in Model Town, specifically at 310/4 Marla, which is quite close to Sethi Hospital here in Gurgaon. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with parts and tools scattered around because there is always something being worked on. We handle a lot of different tech issues that people in the neighborhood bring to us. Sometimes it’s a laptop that won't turn on or a phone with a screen that someone dropped. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the workbench with a magnifying glass or a screwdriver, trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't behaving. It’s a small space, so it gets crowded when a few people come in at the same time to drop off their gadgets. Being near the hospital means we get a lot of foot traffic passing by the door. We don't have a big corporate setup or a fancy front desk. It’s just us and our tools. We try to get things fixed as quickly as we can because we know people hate being without their phones or computers for too long. We’ve been in this part of Model Town for a bit, and people know they can just drop in with their technical problems. It’s practical work, mostly involving a lot of troubleshooting and replacing components that have worn out. We just keep at it every day, dealing with whatever broken tech comes through the door from the local community.
