Our place is on the first floor at 528/5, right on Mata Mandir Road in Sector 5, Gurgaon. It’s a busy street, especially on days when there are local events at the mandir. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We mostly handle access systems and some technical stuff. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us. The first floor is nice because we can see what’s happening on the street without it being too loud. We have a few workbenches where we tinker with things and some computers for the paperwork. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes with parts and boxes, but we know where everything is. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The area is 122001, so it’s quite central. We get a lot of local walk-ins asking about repairs or new setups. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door just goes and sees what’s needed. It's a very casual environment. We drink a lot of tea and try to finish our work before the evening traffic gets really bad. It’s a decent spot for a small business like ours. We just keep at it every day and try to keep things organized. The road outside can be a bit of a mess during rains, but we manage to stay dry up here.
