Universal Tech

Universal Tech is located on Old Delhi Road 3. This area is pretty historic and has a lot of character, though it can get very crowded during the rush hours in the morning and evening. We have been set up here for a decent amount of time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. The shop is filled with various gadgets and technical components. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where every tool and part is kept. We spend most of our day dealing with tech issues that people bring in. It could be a computer problem or something much smaller. We don't have a fancy reception area with a secretary. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the main desk. We like the direct approach because it saves time. The walls are a bit bare and the lighting is just standard, but it serves its purpose for technical work. Old Delhi Road has a lot of energy and we feel like we are right in the middle of all that action. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years whenever their electronics act up. We don't really do any big marketing or advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we were here. It is just a practical way to run things. We just keep working through the pile.
