We are over at Home No -100 in Gali No - 03. This is in the Chakarpur area, which is part of Vpo, right near DLF Phase IV in Gurgaon. Most people around here know the street. It’s a busy spot but we like it. We have been at this location for a bit now. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon gets a bit much, but being in Chakarpur makes it okay. We just do our work here at Unitech. The house is a regular home, nothing fancy. We sit and get things done. Neighbors come by sometimes. Gali Number 3 is easy enough to find once you get into the main part of the village. We have our setup inside. It is a practical way to run things. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. Just this spot in Haryana. Every day is pretty much the same. We start in the morning and stay until the work is finished. People call us or drop by when they need something. It’s a local way of doing things. We know the area well. Living and working in the same general space helps us keep track of everything. It’s just how we operate. Nothing more to it really. The weather here in Haryana can be quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going and just focus on the paperwork. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the gali to get some snacks. It’s a simple life, but it suits us well. We don’t need much more than this spot to keep things running.
