Our place is out in Ghamroj, which is a bit of a drive away from the main Gurgaon city area. It’s a village and post office location, so it feels much quieter than the high-rise parts of Haryana. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. The surroundings are mostly open land and some local houses. It’s not a fancy corporate park with glass walls. It’s just a practical building where the work happens. In the mornings, you can see the mist over the fields if you get here early enough. The roads out here aren't always the best, especially after the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time talking about the commute. Inside, the desks are filled with papers and files. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, just a small corner for tea and water. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages or travels in from the city. We keep to a steady routine. Work starts at the same time every day and we go through the lists and documents that need finishing. It’s a simple life out here in Ghamroj. We don’t see many strangers, mostly just the same delivery guys and people we work with. It's an honest sort of place where things move at their own pace, and we just focus on getting through the daily pile of tasks. There isn't much noise except for the occasional tractor passing by outside the gates.
