Our place is situated on Begumpur Khatola Road, right in the heart of the Behrampur Industrial Area. Unilec Engineers Limited has been part of this industrial belt for quite a while. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. We spend most of our time inside the unit working on different engineering projects. It’s a noisy environment sometimes because of the machinery nearby, but we are used to it by now. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy or modern about it. We have some heavy equipment and a small office area where we handle the billing and phone calls. Usually, we are busy with production schedules or checking on materials that arrived in the morning. People coming to visit often get a bit lost because the roads here aren't marked very well, so we tell them to look for the big landmarks nearby. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on the engineering work that comes our way. It’s a practical setup where we prioritize getting the physical work finished. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but we always get back to the tasks. It’s a regular day-to-day business where everyone knows their role and stays busy.
