Up in Gurgaon, we are over at Radiance Residency on Sohna Road. The office is S-145 on the second floor of the South End Floors section. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to our other spots since Gurgaon is always growing so fast. There are buildings going up everywhere you look. Our space is pretty straightforward, with a few desks and a small area for meetings. We mostly handle the Haryana side of the projects from this location. The traffic on Sohna Road can be a real headache, so we try to time our site visits carefully. It's a busy atmosphere with a lot of ringing phones and people typing away. We don't have any of those fancy office perks you hear about in the big tech companies. It’s just a place to work. We have a small balcony where some of the staff go for a bit of fresh air when things get stressful. The walls are a plain color, and we keep all the project files organized in big blue folders. We aren't here to win any design awards for our office. We just want to make sure the engineering projects we are managing are moving forward as they should. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for the team to get through their daily checklists.
