We've been at this spot in Gurgaon for a while now, up on the second floor near Omaxe Mall. It's a busy area on Sohna Road, and honestly, the traffic can be a real headache some days when we're trying to get out to jobs. Aircon Engineering Services is just a small group of us here. We spend most of our time dealing with units that have stopped working or need a good cleaning before the summer heat really hits Haryana. Our office in Southend Uppal isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep our tools and handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with parts and old filters, but we know where everything is. People stop by sometimes if they're in the mall area, but mostly we are out on the road. It is hard work, especially when the temperature climbs and everyone is calling at once. We just try to get through the list every day and make sure we don't forget any of the wrenches in the van. The guys have been working together for a few years, so we have a rhythm down. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant, just keeping things running for the neighbors around here. Sometimes we grab tea downstairs when things quiet down for a minute. It’s just how we do things here on Sohna Road, keeping it simple and showing up when we say we will.
