We work out of House Number 262 in Sector 7, Gurgaon. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted into our workspace. Since we are in a residential sector, it’s a bit more relaxed than the big Cyber City offices. We have our engineering equipment and desks set up in what used to be the living and dining rooms. There are blueprints and rolls of paper almost everywhere you look. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery or a neighbor, but usually, it’s someone coming in for a meeting. We have a small garden area out front where we sometimes take our breaks if the weather is okay. Gurgaon can get incredibly hot, so we rely heavily on the AC units in each room. The team is small, mostly engineers and a couple of people to help with the admin stuff. We’ve been in this house for a few years, and it suits us better than a high-rise. We can park our bikes right outside. We don’t have a fancy lobby, just a place to leave your shoes and come in. Our work is all about the details of the projects we take on. It’s a lot of calculating and checking specs. It’s a quiet, busy atmosphere where we just focus on getting the engineering right for whoever we are working for.
