You will find us at GP-42 in the Sector-18 Industrial Estate. This isn't one of those flashy office parks with fountains and manicured lawns. It is an industrial area through and through, with trucks loading and unloading nearby and the smell of machinery in the air. Our building is a solid, practical structure that gets the job done. Inside Tukatech, it is a mix of office space and technical areas where we deal with software and hardware. We don’t have fancy carpets or designer lights; we have sturdy desks and good computers. The people here are down-to-earth and don't care much for titles. We all pitch in when there is a lot of work to do. Sometimes the dust from the industrial estate gets in, so we are always cleaning our keyboards. We drink our coffee black and usually stay late when a project needs finishing. There is a sense of being part of the local manufacturing scene, even though what we do is mostly digital. It is a bit noisy during the day with all the activity on the street, but we like the energy of a place where things are actually being made and moved. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches; we just show up, do the work, and head home to our families in the evening. It is a regular job in a busy part of the city, and that is exactly how we like it.
