Working out of the ASF Centre in Dundahera is an experience, mostly because the industrial complex is always humming with something. Treidcom India Private Limited is on the first floor of Block B. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually take the lift if it’s working. It’s a busy area, full of trucks and people moving around Phase IV. Inside our office, it’s a lot calmer. We’ve got a few rows of desks and some old filing cabinets that have been there forever. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff that comes with being in an industrial zone. It’s not the most glamorous part of Gurgaon, but it’s where the real work happens. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we all just sit there in the dark waiting for the backup to kick in. It gives us a chance to stretch. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best tea stalls nearby. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we know each other's habits. Like how Rajesh always loses his pen or how the AC is always too cold for half the staff. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Just the name on the door and our work inside. It gets the job done.
