Being on the first floor of V-10/2 in DLF-3 means we’re right in the middle of all the Gurgaon energy. Texsoco Technologies Pvt. Limited operates out of this space, and it’s always got something going on outside. You can hear the traffic and the metro not too far off. It’s a busy part of town, but once you walk up the stairs and get inside, things settle down just a little bit. The office isn't massive or anything, but it fits what we need for now. We’ve got our setup, some old files stacked in the corner, and the windows look out over the street below. It's a lot of staring at screens and making sure the tech side of things is running like it should be. Sometimes the water cooler makes a loud glugging sound that makes everyone laugh during a quiet moment. We don't do big meetings with fancy slides or any of that. Mostly, we just pull up a chair and talk through whatever problem we’re facing today. The neighborhood has plenty of places to grab a quick bite, so lunch is never a boring affair for the team. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't interested in the corporate ladder games you see in the bigger glass buildings. We just like having a reliable spot in DLF-3 where we can get through the workload and maybe catch a bit of the sunset through the glass before we lock up for the night and go home.
