Techvision Solutions

Techvision Solutions is located near the Sahara Mall in the Palam Vihar and New Palm Vihar area. It’s a busy spot to be in, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. Our office is a bit more tucked away, providing a little bit of a break from the mall crowds. We focus on tech support and solving software problems for people nearby. The office itself is pretty basic, with a few long tables and a lot of computers in various states of being fixed. We don't really care about having the newest furniture or a fancy sign. We just want our tools and our internet to work so we can do our jobs. It’s usually a bit of a mess with spare keyboards and mice laying around, but we manage. Our staff is a small group of people who actually enjoy figuring out why a server is acting up or how to recover some lost data. We don't have any polished sales pitches. Usually, someone just calls us or walks in with a broken laptop and we tell them how long it will take to fix. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Being in Palam Vihar means we get a lot of local residents coming in, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to stay caught up with all the new updates.
