Techtronics (India) Ltd. is located at 138-A in Udyog Vihar, Phase-Vi. This area is full of industrial sheds and warehouses, so we fit right in. Our building is a simple structure that houses our assembly lines and a small office area up front. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the deliveries are arriving or leaving, but we’ve grown used to the rhythm of the place. Inside, you’ll see rows of workbenches where the staff is busy putting together electronic components. We keep the lights bright and the floors as clean as we can, though it’s a constant battle against the dust from the road. We don’t go in for big meetings or fancy presentations; we mostly just talk across the tables to figure out how to solve a problem. There’s a small break room where we keep a kettle and some biscuits, which is usually the most popular spot in the building around four in the afternoon. The commute here can be a bit of a slog depending on the traffic in Gurgaon, but once we’re inside, we just focus on the task at hand. We’ve been operating out of this phase for several years now, and we know most of the neighbors around here. It’s a standard industrial setup where the focus is strictly on getting the electronics out the door without any fuss or unnecessary drama.
